Terms & Conditions.

We provide real-time event content production, including but not limited to: live event coverage, social-first reel editing, brand activation content, creator-style coverage, monthly content retainers, and AI-generated product video packages. The exact scope of any engagement is defined in the package or quote agreed in writing.

We may engage subcontractors, second crew, or specialist editors as required, while remaining the contracting party.

A booking is confirmed only once a 50% non-refundable deposit has been received. The balance is due on or before the event date, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

For monthly retainer engagements, the agreed monthly fee is invoiced in advance and payable on the first business day of each month.

All published prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and exclusive of VAT (where applicable). Pricing for the Iconic package and any custom-scope engagement depends on event size, hours, equipment, and production needs, and will be confirmed in a written quote before booking.

Add-ons (360° camera, magnet printing, additional photographer or videographer, drone footage, recap edits, additional reels) are charged separately at the rates published or quoted at time of booking.

If you cancel more than 14 days before the event date, we will refund any payment in excess of the 50% deposit. Cancellations between 14 days and 48 hours of the event date forfeit the deposit and 50% of any further amount paid. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event date are non-refundable.

Postponements are accommodated where possible, subject to crew availability on the new date. A postponement may be treated as a cancellation if no replacement date can be agreed within 60 days.

Final delivered content (reels, edits, recap films, raw cuts where included in the package) is licensed to you for use on your owned channels, paid media, websites, and approved sponsor and partner channels in perpetuity.

We retain the right to use any content produced for our own portfolio, marketing, social media, and case studies. We will not use content in ways that are reasonably likely to damage your brand or reputation.

Where third-party music, footage, or imagery is used, you are responsible for any platform-level licensing claims that arise from posting content on your own channels.

Each party will treat as confidential any non-public information shared by the other party in connection with an engagement, including pricing, briefs, guest lists, sponsor agreements, and unreleased product or campaign information.

We supply all production equipment required to deliver the agreed package. Equipment remains our property at all times and is our responsibility while on site, save for damage caused by client negligence or third-party negligence at the venue.

Neither party is liable for failure to perform under these Terms where such failure is caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to load-shedding, internet or network outages affecting live posting, illness, government action, or natural disaster. Where a force majeure event prevents us from performing, we will offer a postponement or pro-rata refund.

Our total aggregate liability under any engagement is limited to the fees actually paid by you for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, special, consequential, or reputational damages, including but not limited to lost engagement, lost reach, missed algorithmic windows, or sponsor-side claims.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
